Above and Beyond Home Care was formed in 2023 out of a recognised need to ensure that people in the community are not missing out on the expert nursing care that some patients receive only when they are in a hospital bed.

The Above and Beyond team understands the complexities that come with navigating the health care system. We can help you or a loved one to remain safe at home, even when faced with a hard-to-heal wound, living life with an ostomy, or maintaining your independence when it comes to your continence.

With 23 years of nursing experience, Leeanne is a Clinical Nurse Consultant and registered Stomal Therapy Nurse who leads a team of close-knit professionals ready to go Above and Beyond to help you.
