Above and Beyond was formed in 2023 out of a need to ensure people in the community are not missing out on the expert and very specialised care that some patients receive only when they are in a hospital bed.

Leeanne and her team understand the complexities that come with navigating the health care system, and can help you or a loved one to remain safe at home, even when faced with a hard-to-heal wound, the prospect of a facing life with an ostomy, or maintaining your independence when it comes to your continence.

With 21 years of nursing experience, a Masters' in Advanced Practice - specialising in complex wound management, and an accreditation with the Australian Association of Stomal Therapy Nurses, Leeanne is a Clinical Nurse Consultant who leads a team of close-knit professionals ready to go Above and Beyond to help you.
